Switching to EstheticSense

Plan your move.

Your menu, your people and the records you rely on. Let’s work out what needs to come with you.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

What matters
on day one?

  1. 01 The services you offer
  2. 02 The people taking appointments
  3. 03 The client information you need

A planning prompt. Your business sets the priorities.

Before anything moves

Make the plan together.

Tell us what you use today and what you want help bringing over.

A switching request starts a conversation. It does not import records or give us access to your old account.

Setting up EstheticSense

Build the day you want to run.

A separate path for preparing your new workspace.

01

Shape your menu.

Review the suggested services or add your own. Prices and public booking come after your review.

02

Make room in the calendar.

Choose a provider, confirm a service and set the starting week. Review the first appointment before saving it.

03

Choose what comes next.

Work through the essentials. Leave optional features for later, and publish only when you decide.

Setup and switching details

Pick up where you need help.

Start with your menu

Review suggested services, rename or resize them, remove and restore suggestions, or add your own. Saving creates services without prices or online booking. New custom services and supervised-treatment suggestions start Staff-only for now.

Make room for the first appointment

Choose yourself, an existing teammate or a new provider who does not need a login yet to take the first appointment, confirm the service and set that person’s starting week. Check an opening, then review and save a prefilled appointment. After the calendar is ready, see a private website draft and choose to customize it or leave it for later.

Pause and pick up where you left off

Finish later and return to the stage determined by what you saved. If setup cannot connect, retry or return to Home; a completed calendar opens without starting over. If a required detail later disappears, return to its fix. Owners and people allowed to manage setup take this path; other team members enter the app.

One next step, in the right place

Home offers at most one setup task; Setup shows outcomes, their checklists and an available next step. Save online-booking and cancellation choices together, then return to the same location’s progress. View one location or all; retry a failed load without treating it as a saved change. Setup requires settings access.

Essentials first; optional features stay quiet

See applicable essentials and their progress separately from optional features. Booking yourself, no sales tax or cash-only can finish the relevant essential. Optional features do not count as unfinished. Setup tells you when you are ready to take bookings and when everything is set up. Outside approvals appear as Waiting; broken essentials rise to the top. A dismissed next-step alert stays hidden until its outstanding work or state changes.

Finish the work where it belongs

Continue to payment-account/rules/tax setup, website review, and providers’ services/hours at each location. Review supervised treatments’ public wording and online-booking choices, then record confirmations.

Ask for help bringing clients over

Choose your previous app and the client information you want help with, confirm this is a request and send it. Follow recorded/received status, with Check status when delivery needs attention.

Continue setup from iPhone

Use calendar/setup/request steps on iPhone. Setup is one location at a time, with outcomes you can set aside or add back. For web-owned booking/medspa reviews, open the web or send a private 20-minute link to the same account and location; expired or unauthorized links explain the next step.

Before a move

A clear starting point.

What happens when I request help switching?

You start a planning conversation about your current system, priorities and available records. The request does not transfer data, grant access to another account or schedule a cutover.

What should I bring?

Your current system’s name, the records that matter and a list of exports it offers. Keep untouched originals in storage your business controls. Agree on a secure sharing route before sending any files.

How long will a switch take?

That depends on the scope and what can be supported. We do not promise a transfer date or complete migration from this request. First, identify the work and agree on the next step.

Does finishing setup put my business online?

No. Setting up the calendar and reviewing a private website draft do not publish your business. You make the separate booking and website publication choices.
