Usage you can see

Appointment and reminder texts are included with no meter, and email is unlimited. Photo storage is 5 GB per billed provider, pooled across your team. Anything beyond what is included is paid from prepaid credits, never a later bill.

Your own number, with an AI that answers

The business line, $29 a month per location. A number clients can text and call, kept or new, texting in your own words, and an AI receptionist you can switch on to answer calls. 300 texts and 100 call minutes a month included, then 5 cents a text and 25 cents a minute from credits. No setup fee. Available once you subscribe, and billed from the day your number is live.

Pricing questions

Clear before you decide.

Who counts as a provider?

A provider counts at a location while she is set up to take bookings there: a bookable calendar with at least one active service, whether or not she took a booking that month. Front desk, managers and admins who are not bookable are free. An owner who also provides services counts. Pause anyone who is away and she stops being billed from the next renewal.

What happens when my team changes?

Changes apply at the next renewal, both ways. Adding a provider or a location costs nothing until then; pausing or removing someone stops the charge at the next renewal. No mid-month charges and no proration. Every open location bills at least $19, and the $149 cap applies to each location on its own.

Are features sold in separate tiers?

No. One subscription includes every feature except what the business line adds (your own number, two-way texting and the AI receptionist), which is $29 a month per location. Usage beyond what is included is paid from prepaid credits you buy in advance; nothing is added to a later invoice.

What does texting cost?

Appointment and reminder texts are included with no meter. Two-way conversations and marketing texts go from the business line: they use its 300 texts a month, sent and received, then 5 cents a text from prepaid credits.

What about payment-processing fees?

Card processing is separate from the subscription. Review the processing rates and terms before you turn on payments.

Is there an annual option?

Monthly only at launch. Annual billing is not offered yet.

Can I try it before switching?

Yes. The free trial is 7 days with no card. Subscribe during the trial and your paid period starts when the trial would have ended, so unused days are kept. If you do not subscribe, your workspace stays read-only for 30 days and then the data is deleted.

Will the price change?

There is no lifetime price lock, and you get 60 days’ notice before any price change.

The fine print

Billing, credits and account changes.

A price that follows the location

The monthly subscription is $19 for the first billed provider, $9 for each additional provider and never more than $149 per location. A provider is billed at a location while she is set up to take bookings there (a bookable calendar with at least one active service), whether or not she took a booking. Pause anyone who is away; her charge stops at the next renewal. View the pre-tax total and location breakdown; changes apply at the next renewal with no proration, and every open location bills at least $19. One plan covers every feature.

Subscribe during your trial and your paid plan starts that day

The free trial is 7 days with no card. During the trial, appointment and reminder texts are included with no meter, and up to ten team members can join, including the owner and pending invitations. Web subscription checkout opens from Billing. An owner is invited to subscribe after a Booked Week—three appointments within seven days, including at least one real client—or in the final two days; subscribing ends the trial and starts the paid plan that day. Any owner who has not subscribed can extend once by seven days, during those last two days.

Trial invitations arrive at the right milestone

After Booked Week, an owner who has not subscribed receives one invitation to subscribe. Two days before expiry, an eligible owner without a card or extension receives one extension offer. After the trial, the workspace stays read-only for 30 days before deletion.

Manage the plan

On the web, open Stripe’s billing page to change the subscription card. Cancel while keeping access to the paid-through date, or undo before then. An active subscription blocks another subscription purchase. A failed payment is retried for 14 days while you update the card; after that the workspace is read-only for 30 days, then deleted. A business line is billed from the day the number is live: your next invoice carries the share for the rest of that billing period plus the first full $29, then $29 a month. A removed line ends at the renewal and the number is held for 30 days. Billing is owner-only by default; subscription changes happen where it was bought. After trial expiry, restarting takes the first payment immediately and reopens the retained workspace. Restart is available only within the retention window, before deletion.

Know what your usage costs

See included usage and its reset date, plus one business-wide purchased-credit balance with work-in-progress reservations separate. Included usage goes first; purchased credits do not expire. Actions that cannot be funded stop with a reason instead of creating a later usage bill. Email does not consume credits. Texts in both directions count, and longer texts can use several units; a photo message uses one.

Add and track credits

Buy a credit pack on the web; the balance changes after payment confirmation. Review or export the last 30 days of purchases, usage and adjustments with each resulting balance. Optional web auto top-up uses the chosen threshold and amount, at most three purchases per month.

Storage and the iPhone billing view

Photo storage is 5 GB per billed provider, pooled across the business; extra storage uses purchased credits, and insufficient funding stops new uploads while existing files remain accessible. The iPhone Billing view shows plan/payment source, credits and included usage. If in-app purchase is unavailable, it explains this without a buy button or a web-checkout fallback for the subscription.
