Unconfirmed visits, missing forms, unpaid balances and replies waiting.

  • Who is coming next?

Today’s appointments and statuses, in time order.

  • Where is there room?

See each provider’s open time and go straight to the calendar.

  • What has today brought in?

Sales net of tax and tips, last week’s comparison and what’s booked ahead.

  • How is the week shaping up?

Booked hours, rebooking, new and returning clients, and average ticket.

Know what needs you.

Open the missing form, waiting reply or unpaid balance from Home. Mark an arrival, record a no-show or head into checkout.

  • Today’s appointments whose client still owes a required form
  • For people taking payments: failed payments from the last 30 days, unpaid tickets, missing deposits and completed visits without a sale
  • Deposits and balances still owed, for people who take payments
  • A message from your website’s contact form becomes a task in the Front Desk queue
  • Claim it, follow up, and mark it done

A view that follows your role

  • Front desk, providers and managers

Each lands on a Home for their role.

  • Their own work only

A provider limited to their own book sees their day and none of the money.

  • Surnames by permission

A client’s surname shows only to people allowed to see it.

  • Nothing you can’t do

Every button on Home leads to something you’re allowed to do.

Keeping today in view

  • Home refreshes after what you just did, and when you come back to it
  • A new business sees a starting point, not rows of zeros
  • If a figure can’t load, Home says so and offers Try again

Always there

  • Everyone lands on a useful Home after signing in, never a blank page
  • No setting turns Home off in one app while the other keeps it

On your iPhone

  • Home in the iPhone app
  • One line on your day: appointments on the books and messages needing a reply
  • Your next appointment, tasks due today and messages waiting
  • Shortcuts to Sales, Reviews, Tasks, Referrals, Campaigns and Reports, by permission
  • Today’s sales so far

Website inquiries

  • Inquiries are worked in Tasks in the staff web app
  • Every inquiry you may see can be found, however many tasks are open
  • A link to a task opens that task
  • Who can read and work an inquiry follows task permissions and location
  • Mark it done with a record of who finished it and when

One Tuesday at Northside

Plans change. You stay ahead.

Move an appointment to another time or provider. Your team’s calendar updates as the day changes.

Move the appointment

Time changed. Team updated.

Drag to a new time or provider, or resize the appointment. Live updates keep colleagues working from the same calendar.

Make space deliberately

Breaks and bookings, in view.

Switch between day and week, block time and review a warning before confirming a double-booking.

An example day of changing plans
  1. 9:12

Claire texts: running twenty minutes late.

Move her appointment to a suitable time. The team’s calendar updates.

  2. 11:40

    Lena cancels her 1:00.

Review matching waitlist clients and send an offer. In this example, Nina accepts.

  3. 1:05

Someone walks in and asks about today.

Booked on the spot. The client record can come after.

  4. 2:30

    Camille arrives.

Check her in. Review her forms and allergy information before starting.

  5. 5:40

    Closing.

Open checkout from the appointment and review the visit’s next available action.

Matching, sending and quiet hours
  • Matches ranked by fit
  • Offers by text or email
  • Offers deferred for the location’s quiet hours wait without holding the time; email follows its quiet-hours setting

Virtual Check-In

For your clients

Your clients change their own plans.

  • Reschedule or cancel online

Up to the cutoff you set.

  • Join your waitlist

When no open time suits them.

  • Accept an offered time

From a link or a text reply.

  • Check themselves in

From the reminder link when Virtual Check-In is enabled.

Also included

The rest of the calendar.

Grouped by the moment you need it.

A smoother arrival
  • From a waiting appointment, text that the provider is ready. Texting, a mobile number and service-text consent are required; the action records when the text was sent.
See your day
  • Option: each provider sees only their own book
  • On your iPhone: day calendar, booking, check-in and waitlist
Book it right
  • Several services in one visit
  • Walk-ins without a client record first
  • Rooms and equipment, with capacity checks following your resource-conflict policy
  • Time before and after a service
  • Processing time that frees the provider
Change plans
  • Your team can move an appointment inside the client notice period
  • A timeline of bookings, changes and check-ins
  • With fee protection on, cancelling inside your notice shows staff the late-cancellation fee before they confirm
Fill empty time
  • Add to the waitlist from an open time
  • Wait times and demand by service
Run the visit
  • One arrival note on confirmations and reminders
  • Permission-dependent prep information is a staff aid, not clinical clearance. Outstanding required before-check-in forms need authorized acknowledgement with a written reason
  • Retry a follow-up step that failed
Staff checklists
  • Make an add-on a staff checklist of what was done during a service, and choose whether it must be finished before the service is completed
  • Open the checklist from the appointment, the service note or Complete appointment, record what was done, and save it to the visit
  • The same on your iPhone, from the appointment or the service note
  • A choice that asks for details, like the area treated or a device setting, takes them as you record it
  • Each service shows how much of its checklist is done, and when details are still missing
  • When a checklist must be finished first, the service waits until every choice and detail is recorded, and says why
  • Applying or removing a package or membership never clears what was recorded
  • A visit keeps the checklist rules it was booked with, whatever changes in your catalog later
  • Once a visit is cancelled or sold, its checklist is final
