Account Deletion

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of an EstheticSense account and related data. EstheticSense is operated by Zeurix, LLC (Virginia), which handles these requests. If you are a client of a business that uses EstheticSense, your profile data is managed by that business.

1. Who can request deletion

  • Account holders, including staff: may request deletion of their personal account.
  • Sole business owners: must also confirm closure of any business they solely own.
  • Business clients: should send deletion requests directly to the business they booked with.

2. How to submit a deletion request

In iPhone builds that include account deletion, open My Profile and choose Delete account. Verify your identity, read the account and business impact shown in the app, and confirm your request. You do not need to contact support to use this in-app process.

If your installed build does not offer this option, email support@estheticsense.io from your account email with the subject Account Deletion Request. Include your business name and whether you are requesting personal account deletion or business closure. We will verify your identity and confirm the scope.

To stop a connected Facebook or Instagram account from being used in EstheticSense, open Settings → Integrations, manage the connection and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting does not delete previously published posts or stored drafts. To request deletion of data received from Meta without closing your EstheticSense account, email support@estheticsense.io from your account email with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request. Include your business name and the connected Page or Instagram username. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We will verify your authority, confirm the data covered by the request and explain any applicable retention.

To stop a connected Google Business Profile from being used in EstheticSense, open Settings → Integrations, manage the connection and choose Disconnect. This deletes the reviews and locations imported for that connection and the stored token, and we ask Google to remove our access unless another active connection uses the same Google account; you can also remove EstheticSense under Third-party apps & services in your Google Account. Testimonials you chose for your website stay until you remove them, and the connection record stays until your business is closed, which also ends our access at Google. To request deletion of data received from Google without closing your EstheticSense account, email support@estheticsense.io from your account email with the subject Google Data Deletion Request. Include your business name and the connected Business Profile name. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We will verify your authority, confirm the data covered by the request and explain any applicable retention.

3. Verification and processing time

We verify identity and confirm scope before processing a deletion request. Personal account deletion has no mandatory waiting period; we aim to complete it within 24 hours after confirmation. Deleting a staff member's personal account does not close their employer's business or delete its client and appointment records.

Confirming closure of a solely owned business ends normal access and starts a 30-day cancellation window. You can cancel before processing begins, or choose Delete sooner after a separate identity verification. We aim to complete deletion within 24 hours after the request becomes due. The app shows the request's status.

Business closure stops future subscription and business-line renewals and automatic credit top-ups. Existing amounts owed and refund rules still apply. Cancelling the deletion request does not automatically restart those charges. We will explain any applicable retention before processing.

4. What is deleted

  • Direct account access and authentication credentials are removed.
  • Personal account deletion preserves records that belong to an active business.
  • Business closure deletes or anonymizes its data according to the disclosed retention rules.

5. What may be retained

Certain records may be retained for the minimum period required by law or legitimate compliance needs, such as tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution obligations.
